welp, Took my new truck (not brand new but new to me) to Jiffy Lube to have the oils and stuff changed for a general routine maintenance. Yesterday I went to drive it, which I have only driven 2 times since getting it. It would not move. Come to find out that the truck has not one drop of transmission fluid in it...bone dry. My receipt states they topped off the transmission fluid and it was full. They didnt put any in it after talking me into getting the finest grade at a more expensive price. Went to them yesterday and they said there is nothing they can do. So...a message was left for the district manager at a number that I was given to contact him yesterday. This is truly upsetting. Did find out the girl who did my work was fired for not putting oil back in a persons car and the engine was blown up. Though she no longer works there when I was there yesterday.
