what an evening!...Finally had a chance to visit one of the higher end eateries in the local area....and just WOW!!!!! We started off the evening at the bar with an Artisanal Cheese Plate with a selection of hand-crafted cheeses, wild rice-walnut bread, quince jam. A nice 2009 Colomé Malbec Estate Calchaqui Valley brought out the flavors quite well...I had a wonderful salad and then they brought out the Wood Fire Grilled Northstar Wisconsin Bison Tenderloin with chèvre fingerlings, baby spinach-chorizo-olive sauté, syrah sauce and carrots. K had the Pan Seared New Bedford Sea Scallops , and we ended the evening with coffees and I had the cheesecake and K had the blueberry crisp....a very good night indeed.....
