I would like to ask that it being no secret that the “foreign wives” visa’s and stays in Kashmir (including mine) are political decisions taken directly by the Home Ministry and after approval of “certain covert branches” of the establishment what are the quid pro quo’s in securing such permissions to stay in Kashmir?
