what is my story??? im not a HUGE makeup person. I NEVER thought I would be selling makeup. Period. BUT, I dont want to work for someone else, and our family needs the extra income. Call it selfish, but I dont want to work outside the home. Ive taken extra side jobs before so I could stay home - they werent bad... but 8 hour shifts away from my kids - no thanks. Not when I can work hard on my own and decide how much I want to earn each week with direct sales. And did I always aspire to be in direct sales? - lol, heck no. I told a friend in my college marketing class that there was no way I would ever do sales .. like ever. I was going into advertising, packaging, design, research . . . But guess what I found out. Direct sales rocks! Where do I meet most of my friends? Direct sales. Why do I get to take FREE trips to places Ive never been? Direct Sales! What allows me to still earn money even the hours Im playing with my kids - Direct Sales! Seriously - residual income rocks! Who knew direct sales was the perfect job I was never looking for. Is it hard work to be successful - of course - but hard work is rewarding. And I was taught to work hard- Im not afraid of working hard. Not when its on my own terms. And where else can you continually get a pay raise EVERY SINGLE MONTH if you want to? I dont wait for someone to give me a promotion- if I want that promotion I work hard and make it happen. IF youve ever looked at direct sales and thought I could never do that ... or lets be honest here - if youve ever thought, I dont want to do that ... then you probably havent given it a serious look or effort. Millions of women choose direct sales because of the freedom it affords them, the fun, the friendships, the perks - and oh yeah... a paycheck. Im a stay at home mom by CHOICE. I could have taken a full time job in whatever field I wanted to. Im educated, I have a college degree.... I believe I could have done any profession I wanted to. But not while staying home at the same time. And its true we need extra income and I want to contribute to our family. I taught piano lessons for 10 years before from home. I loved it and its great money - but there is no flexibility with schedules - all lessons are after school hours. With four kids - its a zoo. Now, guess what - now I dont work after-school hours. I get to spend one on one time with my kids, helping them with homework and helping THEM practice instruments. And if I want to take a random day off - I can... whenever I want. If my kids arent feeling good, I can sit and snuggle with my son all day - and not have to worry about calling in sick or rearranging lessons and trying to fit them in somewhere else. Want to know more? Im not a pushy person- Im not intimidating. I mean Im just 5 ft 4. Call me up. I wont pressure you into joining - but Im happy to share my experience, and how this business works with anyone. Ill even help you find someone local in your area if thats what youd like. I just know Younique has blessed me tremendously - I cant even talk about all the ways younique has blessed me because we arent supposed to share income claims - but trust me- blessings. And I want to bless others - but I dont want to make people feel sold to. So, if I havent reached out to my friends yet - its because Im worried youll feel sold to - but deep inside I feel like Im keeping this amazing thing to myself ... and honestly- I want you to be able to be blessed just like me. Take a chance this 2015. Try something different. -- who knows... it may be the thing you fall in love with that adds amazing blessings to your life!!
