when a human designated as "government" is caught in wrongdoing it is the instinct of all other humans who are designated as "government" to spring to their defense, because the preservation of "government" is always the primary desire of humans who are in "government" less than 100 years ago, when liberal values were still dominant in society, Warren Harding used to immediately fire members of his cabinet who were tainted by the slightest whiff of scandal; to the extent that in one instance he drove one of his colleagues to suicide! by contrast, Mr. Obama is like, "ho hum, so what, life happens, etc." - the point is, no matter how liberal a civilization may be, once it embarks on "progressive" increase of government, there will inevitably be a corresponding decay of morality and culture, led by the governing class and its relentless criminality
