when i was 11 i would listen to mix tapes made by my older sisters fabulous SanAntonio friends ( David Zamora Casas ) Didint know it then, but they were a huge influence on my life & my dj brain. this track was on one of them. I loved it so much i made one side of a cassette nothing but Always Returning over and over again & i would go to sleep listening to it through out middle school. about 16 years later, I would be given the name Mahealani in a dream when living on Maui- & told that it means the fullest blossoming of the moon. It was years after that a friend told me about Enos Apollo/For All Mankind project. Before then, i never realized that the song was on the documentary about the last (hu)manned lunar mission. everything comes #fullmooncircle #mahealanimythology #alwaysreturning
