when we begin to make accusations against the proper authorities we of course need to make sure that we have all our facts else there can be a suit filed against one that is falsely accusing......again it is the opinion of a person, but what are the actual facts... where are all the documents that were filed and given to the courts to show proof... this is post is why I make this comment.............................Judge Barbara S. Hughes is the Probate Judge that VIOLATED my mothers 1st, 4th and 14th amendment rights and committed Frauds of the Court by having an emergency ex-parte hearing without proper notification and allowed a forged new durable power of attorney to be entered into the record and ruled on a guardianship matter that she had NO LEGAL JURISDICTION over as my mother was a Michigan resident who was visiting her devious daughter in Colorado, Springs, Colorado and her guardianship and healthcare decisions were determined in a Living Trust that was properly executed on January 13, 1998in Michigan and governed under Michigan laws. It is FRAUD and CORRUPTION.
