when you are an employee, you exert 80 percent of your energy, yet with meager pay which is only 20 percent . this imbalance does exist, especially in academia where teachers do a lot of things, but are not living a quality of life or not getting anywhere. whereas businessmen are only interested with how to work smart where they only need to spend 20% of their effort, yet with 80% effects. the difference between business owners and employees is from he east to the west when it comes to mind-setting. its one of the reasons, if not the only reason why the gap between the rich and the poor is expanding everyday, no matter who the leaders are. it is in the way we educate our children will matter. do more with less!!!!!!
