while huffing and puffing on Constitution Trail this morning caught a brief glance of former Bloomington alderman and indefatigable promoter of good causes Mike Matejka and his lovely wife, Kari, as they blew past on bicycles. Later was accosted by a fat, smug-looking crow, who perched high in the tree canopy chirping "Nevermore! Nevermore will Diane Heim have fruit on her cherry trees." And judging by his size, this culprit was part of the raiding party which stripped said trees a few days ago.
