The workforce has dramatically changed (driven by Millennials and the economic recovery) and most companies are struggling to re-engage their people and redesign their work environment. The symptoms of this include: 1. The need to redesign the performance management process (every single company is talking about this now) 2. The need to reduce workload and stress on employees (a problem we call The Overwhelmed Employee) 3. An influx of younger people who will soon take over mid-level leadership roles (fewer than 10% of the companies we talked with have strong Millennial or reverse mentoring leadership programs).
