Cynthia Orwasa I need an answer unless you are just pulling our legs... So far, not many have seen him ever since he won rolling out KEY projects . To substantiate, I may not be a keen supporter of IR now and even before, I never supported him as an MP. But Governor Isaac Kiprono Ruto is quite comparative to this dude. He is fine in my opinion.. Isaac laid foundations of more than 7 secondary and Primary schools (Within my sub-location) in the first phase of his CDF of 2008/9 which I thought was crazy and poorly planned. But alas! I should have waited for Hon Savimbi! I was yet to see the difference..Hon P SK. cannot even solve disputes emanating from distributing CDF to students alone. Neither can he even ensure fair distribution of the same. If he is not available, then he is failing again in representing us which is his cardinal job.
