...with all due respect my dear Senior Comrade Pagan Amum...I regret to inform you..SIr...that there is no peace that has ever been achieved through wishful thinking...if it were a matter of merely desiring peace...then I think that we would have achieved world peace ages ago...the armed wing of the SPLM in Opposition...has been confronting the continued offensive of the government since December 15th last year...the government forces have retaken most territories previously occupied by the armed wing of the SPLM in Opposition) in violation of the Cessation of Hostilities Agreement signed on January 23...the SPLM (in Opposition) has only been resisting a war of attrition imposed by our government on us...I dont understand what the SPLM (Former Detainees) will achieve by slandering their political allies the SPLM (in Opposition)...this is either political opportunism or lack of a concrete understanding of the facts pertaining to the conflict...
