Q: What are some other health benefits of Oil Pulling? Oil pulling isn’t a cure for specific conditions, but it’s generally a detoxifier and that tends to help a wide range of issues. If your symptoms are due to emotional issues, for example, oil pulling alone wouldn’t be the whole solution. That’s why we can’t really say that a particular condition can be helped by oil pulling, because each condition can have many possible causes. But OP usually has general benefits for most people. Q: Is oil pulling good for insomnia, and other symptoms? It’s a good question that really ties in to a deeper issue of what is the real nature of a particular symptom. It’s a very common practice in allopathic medicine as well as the natural health field to use the “take this for that symptom” approach. For example, what if the insomnia is due to improper diet, or improper exercise?
