would like 2 take a minute 2 brag on Robbie Pugh and all the people he had help out 2 make the 2014 Hoop Project in Gallipolis a big success. I had the chance 2 spend some time up there today b4 I had 2 leave 2 go out of town and I must say not only is Robbie doing a great job setting the tourney up but all the volunteers do a great job making this an awesome day. I had a blast visiting w/ some great friends. It was fun 2 c and play ball w/ Clayton Naylor, Ryan Arrowwood,Robbie Pugh and Travis Keefer. I also think its awesome when an event like this one can bring an entire family out 2 volunteer together. I really enjoy seeing Coach Thomas and his family continue 2 b huge part of the Rio/ Gallipolis community. As far as Im concerned the Thomas family will always b the 1st family of basketball in the area and even though Coach Thomas no longer coaches its great 2 see him running around the courts helping a younger ex-player like Robbie Pugh make the tournament a huge success. Great job 2 everyone involved. Its a great event you all have going on and its only going 2 get better!!!!! Everyone of you should be very proud of what you have created, keep up the good work!!!!!
