wow. The Pig Dinner was amazing...at least from the kitchen it was a blast! I over heard a comment while delivering the 4th or maybe 5th course from someone who at least had a sense of what a professional kitchen runs like. They said, tonights dinner was like family meal with strangers. I love that quote and I wish it were true more often in my dining experiences. It also has inspired me to put a little extra into everything I cook. Like every meal or sandwich or cup of coffee I serve is for my family. I hope these comments arent wasted on those that dont have the experience of family meal at some point. Thanks and look for some new specials tomorrow.
