wow, i just love this guy. Feynman was the epitome of a great teacher. this is part of a longer lecture on entropy but i find this section, (from the one minute mark), so profound and important. he talks of our hierarchy of ideas or ways of seeing, starting at the laws of physics and working up through more elaborate systems until we arrive at abstract ideas like freedom, hope, love, etc. that these levels of seeing the world around us are all beautifully interconnected, and the way to truly see the world clearly is to maintain all the levels at once.
