wow just did sums for some race stuff . if you wanted to do nats and tri series on 600 and had to start from scratch spread over 2 years it would cost 31k per year . this is cost to buy and build machine run it for 2 seasons nats and tri only with spares to rebuild engine tires gas . this does not incl any entry fees food tire warmers dyno time or labour for anyone to build machine or engineering costs or for some one to help you at the meetings or spare rims etc . so you could add another 10k per year. so thats 8ok and you could sell bike at end of 2 years fully refreshed for 16k fun times
