wow like not even 0.1% percent of all US colleges are offering free tuution..gee i think only a few thousand will get this out of a FEW dozen million.....what a rip....and notice the states are welfare foodstamps state..e on kentucky and kansas? what jobs are there its all farming states and really are they all going to get a job hell no..i bet 25% even get a good job...they also didnt put in the fact you have to still pay to live on campus.....and im sure thats not free....and you also have to fly or drive over and relocate that cost money too unless your parents are doctors....like 1% of the population that is...oh boy msn is a joke
