wow! what a day! my head hurts and Im dizzy! didnt get out till 1pm and been working being an attorney since and still! he talked with me for an hour free which was nice onlt to tell be that he had to go for a phone conversance, and that he cant do any pro bono and that he is really busy right now! and wont take my money for food and rent and doesnt take credit cards and has to worry about feeding his family also. and I asked him how much and he wouldnt tell me, he cudnt take my food money, I said can you help me write to his lawyer and he didnt think it would if what I didnt work and he read my emails and pulled one of them out and said u can use this, was packing up my papers, wish I had thought to see which one, was upset and crying hoping the stress wud be off of me, but Ive been on hold for 40 minutes trying to get thru to people and leaving long detailed messages for the sheriif and retirement. I did get good news that my 3 contempts are right but as I said and wrote to my exa lawyer they are trying to play off the retirement as a reason to not pay alimony, and that is what i had said to his lawyer, and the lawyer I saw today doesnt feel writing them again will even matter, I cudnt even beg him to try, he didnt think that it would work if all I did didnt, so have to get papers and documentations from the retirement and get the sheriff to call me and serve my sick man!! bad man!! Im not suppose to be under this amount of stress by 2 doctors orders!! ugh :( dont even know if i sud call him back for May or what, he had to go so I packed up. all I get is sorrys!! :( give me strength and my side and health holds out, I so was hoping the news was good, it is in a way, but not getting my alimony soon, unless that documentaion helps me, and need it for court, :( but do I waste my time writing his lawyer again??? ans also do I call the courts and tell them he has an attorney and send the papers to him not the sheriff? or just do the sheriff, I think of this now, have to get that served now, might have to take a drive to where unsure, thank u all so much for listening to me, didnt think I sud burden u anymore, :) thank u god bless, so tired, loll
