The lies, the pain, they all need to cease to obstruct yourself from your better futur. You cannot delete anything deeply alas, but you have the power today to stop giving it more important than it should... The lies have been discovered, the time has marked you again accross your heart, but you are still alive and free to take your freedom back and reach happiness again. Believe me, nothing was easy and even if you believe in karma, think about it... Not becoming the better version of yourself today because you were hurt yesterday is just you saboting your own futur.
