yesterday......I recently began to practice this method, aand it became very helpfull to me in my pursuit of past life knowledge. It may help with other things an individual may be interested in working with. Therefore, Here it is again, along with some additional information thay may help. First of all, did you know that you enter a trance like state many times a day...? When you are driving to work, and your mind is on other things....your deep in thought of the days activities, and before you know it, youve arrived at work with no recollection of how you got there.......you knew the way, you drove the drive, but your mind was elsewhere....you were in a trance. If you are reading a book, and the book is so emotional, you are drawn to tears, you feel what the author has put into words, you are transported to a different place, you were in a trance like state. The first thing I would like to do is have you imagine a safe place from you childhood. Imagine it as a real place....see it.....smell the fragrances there, are there flowers? Smell the scents, see the colors, feel the grass, hear the sounds..... Make this safe imaginary place as real as you can to all of your senses.... Once this is complete....Concentrate in you newly constructed mental safe place daily. This will get you into the mode of the mind...and will help you in mental traveling in a later thread.... This is an exercise in creating a mental safe environment to help your imagination in the world and evironment of thought. After you create this thought environment....practice these steps. Actually you can do these before or after the preceding information. You must find what works best for you.:) Lay down or sit.....whatever is most comfortable.....relax your mind...close your eyes. Take 3 deep breaths. Let you eyes go out of focus...but concentrate on the middle of your forehead. Where your third eye is claimed to be. Once comfortable with this step.... count backwards from 5 Divide you body into 5 groups...head, shoulders and arms chest and waist legs(to the knees) shins to feet. 5----relax your ankles and feet..... 4---relax your thighs and groin 3---relax waist and chest 2---relax shoulders and arms 1---relax head next step count from 5 again but this time concentrate on only your brain. imagine an elevator.....each step is a drop in floor and deeper regression into your brain 5----deeper and deeper inside 4---deeper 10xs more deep 3---even deeper still going down 2 allmost there----10xs deeper 1---deeper still...allmost there 0---total relaxation of brain and body. now you are free to roam your past present and future. your brain divides into 3 groups...past , present and future. you can view all 3. three ways to do this...picture a movie theatre where you are watching, or a TV and you have a remote, or a library where you get books on your past present and future. concentrate on all 5 senses as you do this...remember the sights smells feel and sounds....this makes the whole experience more real.
