@yokoono @freepussyriot As described in my previous Fb text, its also very important to recognize and clarify publicly how obvious the Russian justice violates his own law. Its not possible to commit a flagrant violation of public order and a clear disrespect for society without any aggression or clear threats of aggression. (Note that only very few people were in the church when they did it.) There was already an appeal against the original verdict in a higher court in Moscow. Did it also contain such fundamental juristic doubts against the applicability of the crime of hooliganism? Many newspapers and I suppose also already many reputable jurists wrote about that fundamental applicability here. So one question remains: Why is there no Wikipedia article Applicability of the crime of hooliganism against Pussy Riot in which all these pro and contra arguments are objectively brought together?
