you ever been in a situation where it seemed like there was no chance you would make it through it? a situation that seemed impossible to overcome? Im sure we can all say yes to that question without much hesitation. because weve all been there. weve all faced great trials, and difficulties in life. and we all felt like we would be forever trapped in them. we felt like life, from that point, would be nothing but misery. the situations vary, but the pain is always there. and it could be because of many things. like weve dealt with a lot of loss lately. weve lost our homes,or our jobs,or more than one loved one. we may be going through a combination of those things. it could also be that we have had a string of bad relationships. every time we thought we had found the one, we instead have had our hearts broken to pieces. and love seems unattainable as a result. we just want to give up hope of ever finding it. and maybe we struggle with a chronic illness for a long time and it doesnt seem to be getting better,and we just feel like giving up is the only option. we let ourselves just quit. the thing is , is that, we are not alone in our struggles. God is with us, and will get us through. and besides all that, if you are in that situation at all, its because the Lord knew that it wouldnt destroy you. God would never, NEVER, leave you in a situation that had the potential to destroy you. we may not feel we have what it takes to face the darkness, but God knows better. He made us to be people of strength. He made us special and important. and any hardships we face, He specially equiped us for, because He knew our lives before we were we. He knew everything we would face,every hardship and difficulty, and before He even placed us on this earth, He equiped us wth what we would need to face the impossible down, and show it what we are made of through God. and through all that we come out finding that, having faced and overcome the situation, we have become stronger in wisom and spirit. so, if you are in a terrible situation, dont give up. dont give into the darkness. God made you stronger than you know, and you will get throught this. and He will be there to help you, to help you achieve the impossible. in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen. Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3 Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, 4 and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, 5 and hope does not put us to shame, because Gods love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.-Romans 5:1-5(ESV) Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.-1 Corinthians 13:7(ESV) Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,-Hebrews 12:1(ESV) 10 For examples of patience in suffering, dear brothers and sisters, look at the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. 11 We give great honor to those who endure under suffering. For instance, you know about Job, a man of great endurance. You can see how the Lord was kind to him at the end, for the Lord is full of tenderness and mercy.-James 5:10-15(NLT) The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.-1 Corinthians 10:13(NLT) 13 You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. 14 Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it. 15 You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. 16 You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.-Psalm 139:13-16(NLT)
