you only need 4 hours of sleep GOD only rested twenty four hours in six days 24 divided by 6 =4 i tested that out and woke up feeling GREAT and rested i lay in bed lil more because i am like a baby and should get alot of sleep i shoot for around 3 o clock wake up around 7 your body is always a lil girl im tired because i shave at night im more UP than the morning i use to shave in the morning its better if we shave at night the bible teaches you to give of what is hard, trying or you dont want to the only thing is its boring
