All i did each day was get up go pee.. then go fix my food then eat go back to the bathroom then go to my bedroom set in my chair or go get in bed and Sleep That is what i did for 5 Years because i was so SICK ! I started taking Zeal Products On September 2013 My Starting Weight was 425 Pounds...
