It isnt about us using gadgets, or driving electric cars, which we should do. It is about how our power for these gadgets and cars are generated. He did in effect, suggest that politicians would be the ones to enact these measures, and we should rid ourselves of (mostly) republicans, who keep pushing coal, and oil solutions.
