youtube/watch?v=1XExqABO4kc#t=56 *** This ‘Disturbing’ Footage of a Police Officer Doing Their Duty? *** Dear so-called law enforcement officer(s) and/or agent(s) of the UNITED STATES and/or any of its political subdivisions. If you attempt to form any contract under color-of-law such as what this pious-puking Sargent did you will answer for your crime(s) under 42USC1983 and 18USC241-242. For if ever such an act and deed done within the scope of my presents YOU WILL loose your Sovereign Immunity, as well as your, Qualified Immunity, as I am with the knowledge of knowing how you will have criminally violated not only the law, but also your oath of office. The resulting trust from such a criminal act and deed will validate a righteous tort claim against you and I will foreclose and liquidate all property to bring the books back into balance. If you do not know the law, then the law will be used against you. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. If you claim that you are to enforce the law, then you had better be keeping THAT VERY SAME law and you had better be absolutely above reproach in your administration of that law as you have GIVEN those duties and responsibilities INTRUST. Violate that Trust and you will NEVER be trusted in with the Publics Trust ever again. You are to PROTECT AND SERVE the private people going about their private business. If there is not evidence of any harm, damage, loss and/or injury to any other private individual, you had better not try to form an unconscionable unilateral contract, else you will be held accountable and suffer the consequences. Woe unto you AGENTS that dishonor your oath of office to which you are bound to perform and obey by stepping OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF YOUR OFFICE. Those who administrate the law better keep the law, for they are without excuse. ijreview/2014/11/200019-disturbing-footage-of-police-questioning/
