Water-type moves become ineffective and weather-changing moves do not work. Its new attack is named Precipice Blades. Primal Kyogres Ability is Primordial Sea, which creates heavy rain, makes Fire-type moves ineffective, and also prevents weather-changing moves. Its new attack is named Origin Pulse.
