This is a violent art form definitely, and I would not like a kick from one of these gents, but the truth is most of these people live longer than the average person due to the lives they lead. the founder of mma gracie bjj lived into his ninties after decades and decades of fighting but people complain while they stuff high sugar high salt food into their faces which will kill them long before a few knock out flying forehead kicks will.
