Last year Dad dug up the yard and broke open the sewer pipe to snake it but still had problem flushing. So Ms.Woman here (clearing my throat for emphasis) opened up the cover of water tank to discover right away the toilet flow fill valve was the wrong size and was only allowing the tank to partially fill therefore not enough water was being released when you flushed. TA DA! Less than $10 later the problem was solved by a woman who has never been a plumber. Sometimes the best man for the job is a woman. My Dad was very happy and patted me on the back.
