youve just lost 8 weeks of lessons, but you havent lost the academic year - you will just turn up to sit examinations (after some self-study, presumably, or perhaps with the extra help of the professor who is serving your interests), and hopefully pass, eventually getting that degree you worked for - no one will know how few classes you attended, or the lack of guidance - all they will see is the certificate you hold in your hand with your name on it, and then you will go on to MA/PhD studies, maybe here or in another country which accepts you on the basis of that piece of paper and your course transcripts - greeks do not pay to study at a greek univeristy at the moment (and i guess university studies will be free here for a long long time, continuing to fool people into believing that they are being educated through such a system)
