War Criminals need to be lawfully prosecuted in international and national tribunals for war crimes committed starting from 1979 until the present. War criminals such as the Soviet political and military leaders and Afghan Communists responsible for war crimes committed during the the Soviet invasion/occupation from 1979-1989 , Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld etc. The war crimes committed in 2001 during the U.S. invasion committed by Rashid Dostum and others must be prosecuted. When will hundreds of thousands of Afghan victims of war crimes these past four decades receive justice? Shamefully the U.S. has selected Afghan communists such as Ashraf Ghani as puppet president and communist war criminals like Rashid Dostum as Vice President ,Hanif Atmar as part of the cabinet, and other Afghan communist criminals to hold high positions.
