بیانیه شورای ملی ایران، درباره سوریه: ________________ The National Council of Iran for Free Election (NCIFE) expresses solidarity with the Syrian people who are victimized by the carnage of Bashar Assad’s regime and its main sponsor, the Islamic Republic in Iran. Both the Syrian people and their Iranian brothers and sisters are tragically beset by the same dictatorial systems that are responsible for the much of the suffering and destruction in the region. International entities have confirmed existence of undeniable evidence of chemical warfare against the defenseless Syrian people and almost all agree that the defiant regime of Assad is the culprit. At the same time, there are numerous reports, verified through various channels, that Khamenei’s regime in Tehran has generously supported its ally in Syria. The (NCIFE) condemns the abhorrent crimes of the vile Syrian regime and holds the Islamic Republic in Iran an accomplice in these acts of barbarism against the Syrian people. As Iranians, fighting for freedom and self-determination, we amply realize that the key to our success is national unity towards a common cause and in fighting oppression. We believe the same to be true for the Syrians people. Should we respectively be unified among ourselves, and then the Iranian-Syrian solidarity would truly be meaningful. We hope that the world community would be supportive of our efforts, and our mutual demands in recognizing our rights to sovereignty, freedom and self-determination.
