على كل عاقل مؤيد أو معارض أن يدفع إلى إجراء إستفتاء بين الرئيس مرسى وبين الإنقلاب تجنبا لتقسيم البلاد وإندلاع حرب أهلية تخرب البلاد وتحرمكم من أعزائكم وتشردكم وتضيع جيشكم وتأتى ببلطجى دكتاتور لا يرحمكم يبطش بمؤيديه قبل معارضيه قبل أن يغتاله طموحه وظلمه. عودة الإستقرار لمصر تحت مظلة العفو والمصالحة بإجراء إستفتاء بين الرئيس مرسى وحكومة الإنقلاب تحت إشراف دولى وحكومة مكونة من الحكومات التى نفذت خمسة إنتخابات نزيهة برئاسة الجنزورى. أذكرك بقول الله تعالى: قل يا عبادى الذين أسرفوا على أنفسهم لا تقنطوا من رحمة الله إن الله يغفر الذنوب جميعا وقوله تعالى: فاعفوا وا صفحوا ألا تحبوا أن يغفر الله لكم, وقد آخى الله تعالى بين ولى الدم والقاتل فى سورة البقرة الآية178وقد نفذ رسول الله محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم العفو والمصالحة فى فتح مكة بين الكفار والمسلمين وذلك لحكمة إعادة الإستقرار والسلام الإجتماعى. لقد أكرمنا الله بمنهج دعائمه الرحمة ومكارم الأخلاق لكل البشر ويفوق كل ما أبدعه الإنسان من دساتيرو قوانين وضعيه, فيكفى أن نتمسك بقوله تعالى: وتعاونوا على البر والتقوى ولا تعاونوا على الإثم والعدوان وهذه الآية الكريمة نزلت حكما للتعاون بين المسلمين وغير المسلمين, ويكفينا قول الله تعالى, واعتصموا بحبل الله جميعا ولا تفرقوا, وقوله تعالى: ولا تنازعوا فتفشلوا وتذهب ريحكم, أى فتذهب هيبتكم وقوتكم وشجاعتكم لأنكم تستنزفوها فيما بينكم, وشرع سبحانه وتعالى فى مجال القتال والجهاد ألا نقاتل من لم يقاتلنا ولم يخرجنا من ديارنا بل علينا أن نبره بمعنى تقديم كل أنواع الخير لمن لم يقاتلنا ولم يخرجنا من ديارنا ويكون العدل أساس التعامل معهم حيث قال تعالى: لا ينهاكم الله عن الذين لم يقاتلونكم ولم يخرجوكم من دياركم أن تبروهم وتقسطوا إليهم إن الله يحب المقسطين, صدق الله العظيم عميد بالمعاش حاصل على نوط الجمهورية العسكرى فى حرب 73 دكتورمهندس/محمد عناية الله Dr.Eng.
