في بيان من الكنيسة السريانية بمناسبة مرور مئة يوم على اختطاف المطرانين ننشر فيما يلي النص الكامل للبيان الصادر عن اللجنة البطريركية السريانية الأرثوذكسية بمناسبة مرور مئة يوم على اختطاف صاحبي النيافة الحبرين الجليلين مار غريغوريوس يوحنّا ابراهيم وبولس يازجي: مئة يوم على غياب صاحبي النيافة المطرانين يوحنا ابراهيم وبولس يازجي يوم الإثنين 22 نيسان 2013 وكما صار معلوماً لدى الجميع، اختُطف صاحبا النيافة مطرانا حلب مار غريغوريوس يوحنا ابراهيم للسريان الأرثوذكس وبولس يازجي للروم الأرثوذكس بأيدي فئة لم تعرّف عن نفسها حتى اليوم في الحدود التركية السورية بين حلب وأنطاكيا. بذلت الكنيستان الشقيقتان علناً وسرّاً وما زالت كل الجهود بالإتصالات المحلية والإقليمية والعالمية إن كان مع أصحاب الفخامة والمعالي والسعادة والسفراء وأصحاب القداسة والغبطة والنيافة والسيادة وصولاً إلى الأمم المتحدة، وكثيرين من أصحاب الشأن والأصدقاء، ولم تترك الكنيستان مجالاً أو اقتراحاً من محبين وأصدقاء إلا وطرقت بابهم ولم يتحقق إطلاق سبيليهما حتى اليوم. ونسجل استغرابنا الشديد من عجز الدول الكبرى والصغرى بتجاهل هذا الحدث الخطير والكبير. واليوم، وبمناسبة مرور مئة يوم على هذا الغياب اللاإنساني والتعامل الغير أخلاقي مع مطرانين شأنهما محبة الله وخدمة الناس من كل دين وقومية وانتماء ولا سيما المنظمات الإنسانية التي تعمل من أجل خدمة البشر كل البشر. إن الخاطفين لم يشيروا من قريب أو بعيد عن وجود هذين الحبرين الجليلين، بل لم يكلّفوا ذواتهم عن إعلان هويتهم وما هي المطالب التي يريدون والمقاصد والأسباب التي قادتهم إلى هذا التصرف اللاإنساني. أما المطرانان المخطوفان لا حول لهما ولا قوة مع أنهما يعانيان من أمراض مؤلمة وهما بحاجة إلى معالجة يفرضها عمرهما نحن كلجنة بطريركية تمثّل الكنيسة السريانية الأرثوذكسية بأمر وتوجيه قداسة سيدنا البطريرك مار اغناطيوس زكا الأول عيواص الذي كلّفنا بمتابعة أمر خطف المطرانين الجليلين بالتنسيق مع بطريركية الروم الأرثوكس الشقيقة، نناشد الرأي العام العالمي على مختلف المستويات وفي كل مكان أن يسعوا معنا إلى تسهيل أمر هذه اللجنة ومحبي المطرانيبن والساعين إلى نشر الخير وألوية السلام في كل مكان، ونؤكد أن أي خدمة تُقدّم لهذه اللجنة تكون خدمة لله والإنسانية متذكرين قول السيد المسيح: طوبى لفاعلي السلام فإنهم أبناء الله يدعون. هذا نداء من قلوب الأهل والأصدقاء وجميع أصحاب الضمائر الحيّة وذوي الإرادات الصالحة شاكرين سلفاً كل الذين تعاونوا وسعوا إلى أن تتحقق إرادة الله الصالحة في هذا العالم، فيطلق سراح الحبرين الجليلين وسائر المخطوفين، ويعودان إلى كنيستهما وشعبهما بل إلى المجتمع المدني الذي ننتمي إليه جميعاً. صاحبي النيافة، الكنيسة وجميع المؤمنين بانتظاركما، فاتكلا على الله واسعيا أن تكونا معاً. 28 تمّوز 2013 ............................................................................................
