As Manager Performance Management, you will lead in establishing the Performance Management and Talent Management function within Qatar Airways Group. You will set-up the design and strategy of the Performance Management system for the company and drive the implementation process. This will include being involved in the selection and implementation process of a new Performance Management Systems. You will be responsible for developing, managing and enhancing the policy, process and procedure of the Performance Management and drive consistent approach and application across the airline. You will provide an accurate data of the organisation-wide competence gaps analysis information that will be used in pursuit of learning interventions and coaching to close competence gaps. You will be the main responsible person to communicate the process to the different Department Heads and you will provide guidance and recommendations to Management and relevant Subject Matter Experts in the company on the Performance Management process in order to ensure compliance with best practice implementation. The role reports to Vice President Business Support. About You: You must be a graduate of any related course with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Performance Management. You should have a strong understanding of Performance Management system and has worked in the design and implementation phase of the process. We need you to have good conceptual understanding as well as the actual exposure to the actual implementation of the system. You must be able to develop strategic initiatives as well as implementing processes and operational solutions. You must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels within the organisation. You must possess the can do attitude and has the leadership capability to lead this very important project. We need you to have strong influencing skills and innovative mind set. You must be able to engage, inspire and influence people as well as being able to drive solutions whenever required. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and facilitation skills combined with strong project management skills are important requirement of the role.
