A 5 to 6 months development program that covers all areas of commercial banking. The Managers Training Program consists of three modules: - Retail Banking - Corporate Banking - Investment and Treasury. Program Objectives: - Attract High caliber Saudi nationals. - Develop future leaders and managers for the bank through intensive in class leadership skills and managerial skills courses. - Develop technical skills of participants through related intensive in class courses and on the job rotation/training. - Contribution to the Banking & Financial sector in the Kingdom by increasing the efficiency of its human capital.
