I heard that CBIE spends time translating lists and exchanging lists back and forth. While I understand that CBIE is doing its best to help with this situation, it really surprises me how inefficient and slow the whole process is. Instead if wasting time exchanging lists, it is more efficient for CBIE and the ministry to sit together in one table (even remotely) and get this problem fixed. I have been struggling for the past 5 months and I have no idea how long itll take you to fix this problem. Finally, would you please give me some more options besides patience. I have outstanding bills that I need to pay and a family that I need to provide for. Please convey my message to the head of CBIE, The ministry, and the Scholarship office in Libya.
