يوميات رحلة رايد جنوب افريقيا باليايك من ٥ الى ١٩ نوفمبر ٢٠١٣ من بريتوريا الى كيب تاون والمسافة المقطوعة ٤٤٨١ كم The Diaries of my Ride in South Africa between 5 to 19 November 2013 from Pretoria to Cape Town and Total Riding distance 4481 km اليوم الاول لرحلة جنوب افريقيا الثلاثاء ٥ نوفمبر ٢٠١٣ First day for my South African Ride 5TH Nov 2013 تم بحمدالله بعد مغادرة جوهانسبرج زيارة كل من مدينة الشمس و محمية بيلانسبيرج الطبيعية والمبيت في نزل كيدار الريفي بالقرب من مدينة روستنبرج متطلعين الى بداية الرحلة بالدراجة النارية With GOD Bless we leaved Johannesburg to visit Sun City and Pilansberg National Reserve and then to Kedar Country Lodge near Rustnberg where we slept our night looking forward to Launch the start of our ride from Pretoria اليوم الثاني لرحلة جنوب افريقيا الاربعاء ٦ نوفمبر ٢٠١٣ Second day for my South African Ride 6TH Nov 2013 تم بحمدالله بعد مغادرة نزل كيدار الريفي التوجه الى بريتوريا لإستلام الدراجة النارية و منها انطلقت نحو بلدة جراسكوب الرائعة بمناظرها الطبيعية الأخاذة التي تشرف على اخدود نهر بلايد في اقليم بلامنجا و ذلك مرورا ببلدة بلفاست حيث تم التزود بالوقود و مدينة لايدنبرج الجميلة حيث تم تناول طعام هناك والطريق من لايدنبرج الى جراسكوب جبلي رائع مليء بالمنعطفات والمناظر الطبيعية الخلابة ومجموع المسافة المقطوعة حتى الان بالدراجة النارية ٣٦٥ كم With GOD Bless I left Kedar Country Lodge near Rustnberg where I slept my night toward Pretoria to collect the bike and to start my South African Ride . I started the Ride at noon time from Pretoria towards Graskop the beautiful town which is above the Blyde River Canyon on Balmanga Region . I have passed in my way through the town of Belfast where I had to stop for fueling then Through the beautiful city of Lydenberg where I v stopped for a light lunch. The twisty road from Lydenberg to Graskop is breath taking through the green mountains . Total Ride distance from Pretoria to Graskop is 365 km اليوم الثالث لرحلة جنوب افريقيا الخميس ٧ نوفمبر ٢٠١٣ Third day for my South African Ride Thursday 7 Nov 2013 بحمدالله اليوم كان عن جولة بالمناطق المحيطة بجراسكوب واخدود نهر بلايد و زيارة الشلالات والمسافة المقطوعة لهذا اليوم ١٨٢كم ومن بداية الرحلة بالبايك ٥٤٧ كم With GOD Bless the day visiting the surroundings of Graskop , GODS window and Blyde river canyon traveled distance for the day 182 KM and total traveled distance is 547 Km اليوم الرابع لرحلة جنوب افريقيا الجمعة ٨ نوفمبر ٢٠١٣ من جراسكوب الى بيت رتيف المسافة المقطوعة ٤٠٤ كم Fourth day for my South African Ride Friday 8 Nov 2013 from Graskop to Piet Reteif covered distance 404 KM بحمد الله تم الانطلاق من نزل موجودي بجراسكوب في التاسعة صباحا وسط ضباب كثيف و اجواء ماطرة واخذنا طريقنا المتعرج المليء بالمنعطفات نزولا الى النهر الابيض ثم اصبح الطريق مستقيم متجهين نحو بيت رتيف التي وصلناها في الثالث عصرا حيث تم تناول طعام الغداء هناك ومن ثم الاتجاه الى مزرعة من الشروق الى الغروب الجميلة للمبيت هناك وتبعد ٤٠ كم عن بيت رتيف. مجموع المسافة المقطوعة بالدراجة من بداية الرحلة ٩٥١ With GOD Bless at 9 am we started our ride from Mogodi lodge at Graskop under foggy rainy weather toward Piet Reteif which we reached at 3 pm where we took our Lunch there then we headed to the beautiful Dusk to Dawn Farm where we had our dinner and slept the night. Total covered distance from the start of the tour 951 km اليوم الخامس لرحلة جنوب افريقيا السبت ٩ نوفمبر ٢٠١٣ من بيت رتيف الى كلارنس والمسافة المقطوعة ٣٩٠ كم Fifth day for my South African Ride Saturday 9 Nov 2013 from Piet Reteif to Clarens covered distance 390KM بحمد الله تم الانطلاق من مزرعة الشروق والغروب العاشرة صباحا متأخرين قليلا لإجراء بعض اعمال الصيانة على الدراجة و كان الجو صحوا وجميلا وذلك بإتجاه كلارنس مرورا بمحمية منتزه البوابة الذهبية البري و الذي توجد به الكثير من الحيوانات التي تعيش في بيئتها الطبيعية ووصلنا كلارنس في الخامسة مساء ووجدنا بها تجمع لدراجات الهارلي من مختلف انحاء جنوب افريقيا يفوق الالف دراجة وكان المبيت في فندق بروتي والمسافة المقطوعة بالدراجة من بداية الرحلة حتى الان هي ١٣٤١ كم With GOD Bless at 10 am we started our ride little bit late cause we had to do some maintenance to the bikes from Dusk to Dawn Farm near Piet Reteif towards Clarens passing through Golden Gate Park which is a natural habitat to many animals and we reached Clarens around 5 PM where we found a gathering for over 1000 Harley Riders from all over . South Africa we stayed at Protea hotel and we enjoyed a good weather the whole day . Total covered distance from the start of the tour 1341 km — in Clarens, South Africa. اليوم السادس لرحلة جنوب افريقيا الاحد ١٠ نوفمبر ٢٠١٣ من كلارنس الى نوتنقهام رود والمسافة المقطوعة ٣٤٨ كم Sixth day for my South African Ride Sunday 10 Nov 2013 from Clarens to Nottingham Road covered distance 348KM بحمد الله تم الانطلاق من فندق بروتي بكلارنس الساعة التاسعة صباحا بإتجاه محمية البوابة الذهبية في جو جميل وصحو و قمنا بعمل جولة فيها ومشاهدة العديد من الحيوانات التي تعيش في بيئتها الطبيعية كما زرنا فيها قرية تابعة لقبيلة الزولو وتعرفنا على طريقة حياتهم وتزخر المحمية بالمناظر الطبيعية الخلابة ثم سلكنا الطريق بإتجاه نوتنجهام رود وتناولنا طعام الغداء في الطريق ووصلنا نوتنجهام رود في الرابعة عصرا في حيث توجهنا الى متحف ونصب المكان الذي القي القبض فيه على نلسون مانديلا من قبل حكومة الفصل العنصري قبل اكثر من خمسين عاما ثم اتجهنا بعد ذلك الى شلال هويك حيث تمتعنا بمشاهدة المنظر الطبيعي الخلاب ثم اتجهنا في جو ضبابي بارد ممطر الى نزل فوردون حيث تناول طعام العشاء والمبيت هناك وقد اصابني تقلب الجو ببعض الزكام و نسأل المولى عز وجل الشفاء العاجل منه وان يجعله كفارة ذنوب . والمسافة المقطوعة بالدراجة من بداية الرحلة حتى الان هي ١٦٨٩ كم With GOD Bless at 9am we started our ride from Protea hotel towards Golden Gate Park in beautiful sunny weather where we have seen many animals in there natural habitat then we visited a local village where we have seen the native people way of life. The Park is full of beautiful serene natural scenery. Then we headed towards Nottingham Road and we had our lunch in the way. We arrived to Nottingham road around 4pm where we visited the site where Nelson Mandela was captured 50 years ago from the Apartheid government. Then we visited the Howick water fall and the scenery was so beautiful. The weather changed dramatically when we headed to the beautiful Fordoun Lodge for dinner and sleep it became misty, rainy and Cold. It made me catch some cold. I ask GOD for fast recovery . Total covered distance from the start of the tour 1689 km — in Nottingham Road, South Africa. اليوم السابع لرحلة جنوب افريقيا الاثنين ١١ نوفمبر ٢٠١٣ من نوتنقهام رود الى ماتاتا والمسافة المقطوعة ٤٤٢ كم The 7TH day for my South African Ride Monday 11 Nov 2013 from Nottingham Road to Mathatha traveled distance 442 km بحمد الله عز وجل تم الانطلاق من نزل فوردون في تمام التاسعة صباحا في جو بارد بلغت فيه درجة الحرارة ١٠ درجات مئوية و ضبابي ممطر سلكنا الطريق فيه الى كوكستاد وسط مناظر جميلة ورائعة ووصلناها ظهرا حيث تم تناول طعام الغداء فيها ثم انطلقنا بإتجاه ماتاتا و تحسن الطقس بشكل ملحوظ و سط طرق وقرى و مناظر جبلية رائعة وفي الساعة الخامسة وصلنا الى النزل في ماتاتا للمبيت وهي مدينة في جنوب افريقيا يبلغ عدد سكانها المليونين نسمة و بلغت المسافة المقطوعة بالدراجة من بداية الرحلة ٢١٣١ كم With GOD Bless we have started our ride from Fordoun lodge in Nottingham road at 9 am in a cold temperature reaching 10 c and foggy rainy weather towards Kokstad through beautiful roads and scenery . We have reached Kokstad at noon time where we had our lunch. Then we continued our ride towards Mathatha through beautiful twisty roads and amazing scenery for the mountains and the scattered villages. The weather got much better in the afternoon which was our trophy for the rest of the day. We have reached the lodge in Mathatha at 5 pm and it is a 2 million inhabitants city. Total covered riding distance from the start of the tour 2131 km — in Umtata, South Africa. اليوم الثامن لرحلة جنوب افريقيا الثلاثاء ١٢ نوفمبر ٢٠١٣ من ماتاتا الى بورت الفرد والمسافة المقطوعة ٣٨٤ كم The 8TH day for my South African Ride Tuesday Nov 2013 from Mathatha to Port Alfred traveled distance 384 km بحمد الله عز وجل تم الانطلاق من نزل يدعى بالسماء السابعة في ماتاتا مع الاحتفاظ بالفارق و ذلك في تمام التاسعة صباحا في جو صحو وجميل في طريق متعرج وسط الهضاب الجميلة بإتجاه مدينة إيست لندن التي تقع على المحيط الهندي ووصلناها ظهرا حيث تم تناول طعام الغداء المكون من السمك المشوي في مطعم مأكولات بحرية في شاطئ قريب منها يدعى شاطئ كدز ثم انطلقنا بإتجاه بورت الفرد في طريق ملتوي بمحاذاة الساحل في جو مشمس معتدل وزرنا على مشارف بورت الفرد مزرعة اناناس ضخمة ويوجد بها مبنى صخم على شكل اناناسة يحتوي على متجر لمنتجات الاناناس وفي حوالي الساعة الخامسة وصلنا الى فندق ذا هاليارد في بورت الفريد للمبيت و تناول طعام العشاء و بلغت المسافة المقطوعة بالدراجة من بداية الرحلة ٢٥١٥ كم With GOD Bless we have started our ride from the Seventh Heaven lodge in Mathatha at 9 am in a sunny pleasant weather towards East London through beautiful roads and scenery . We have reached East London at noon time where we had our lunch in Kidds beach just after East London in the way to Port Alfred Then we continued our ride towards Port Alfred through beautiful twisty road adjacent to the coast and before entering Port Alfred we visited a big pineapple farm which had a big building in the shape of Pineapple containing a store selling pineapple products. We have reached the Halyards Hotel around 5pm. Total covered riding distance from the start of the tour 2515 km — in Port Alfred, South Africa. اليوم التاسع لرحلة جنوب افريقيا الاربعاء ١٣ نوفمبر ٢٠١٣ من بورت الفرد الى ادو والمسافة المقطوعة 152كم The 9TH day for my South African Ride Wednesday 13 Nov 2013 from Port Alfred to Addo traveled distance 152 km بحمد الله عز وجل تم الانطلاق من فندق ذا هاليارد و ذلك في تمام التاسعة صباحا في جو مشمس وجميل وسلكنا طريق محاذي للساحل بإتجاه ادو التي ووصلناها ظهرا ونزلنا في فندق وودول ثم اتجهنا الى محمية شوتيا الطبيعية حيث اخذنا جولة بسيارة السفاري المكشوفة و حيث شاهدنا فيها الكثير من الحيوانات وهي تعيش في بيئتها الطبيعية مثل الاسود و فرس النهر و الفيلة والزراف و و وحيد القرن والوعول و حمار الوحش والكثير من الحيوانات الاخرى والتقطت العديد من الصور الجميلة والتي سوف اقوم بتحميلها لاحقا ان شاء الله و تناولنا العشاء المكون من لحم الصيد لحم الكودو الشهي و هو نوع من الوعول يشبه طعمه طعم لحم البقر ثم عدنا الى الفندق و بلغت المسافة المقطوعة بالدراجة من بداية الرحلة 2667كم With GOD Bless we have started our ride at 9 am from The Halyards Hotel in a sunny pleasant weather towards Addo through beautiful roads and Coastal scenery . We have reached Woodall Hotel at Addo at noon time. At the afternoon we went to Schotia Private Game Reserve where we took the open Safari Land Rover and we seen many animals closely in there Natural habitat such as lions, Elephants, giraffes,hippos, rhinos, Zeppras ,Kudus and many other Animals. And it was an opportunity to me to take many photos which I will upload later. We had our dinner at the reserve where we where served from the Kudu game meat which was good. Then we headed back to our hotel to spend the night. Total covered riding distance from the start of the tour 2667 km — at Schotia Game Reserve. اليوم العاشر لرحلة جنوب افريقيا الخميس ١٤ نوفمبر ٢٠١٣ من ادو الى بليتنبرج والمسافة المقطوعة 292 كم The 10TH day for my South African Ride Thursday 14 Nov 2013 from Port Addo to Plettenberg Bay traveled distance 292 km بحمد الله عز وجل تم الانطلاق من فندق ووودل و ذلك في تمام العاشرة صباحا في جو مشمس وجميل وسلكنا طريق محاذي للساحل بإتجاه خليج جيفري ووصلنا هناك ظهرا حيث تناولنا طعام الغداء ثم اتجهنا الى خليج بليتنبرج حيث سلكنا الطريق السريع ووصلنا الى جسر BlouKrans الذي يرتفع ٢١٦ متر عن الارض و قمت وحدي بتجربة السقوط الحر من اعلى الجسر مربوطا بحبل و كانت تجربة ممتعة للغاية ثم واصلنا المسير في جو بارد و تحت المطر الشديد لمدة نصف ساعة حتى وصلنا الى نزل بلامنجا الجميل حيث تناولنا هناك طعام العشاءاللذيذ و بلغت المسافة المقطوعة بالدراجة من بداية الرحلة 2959كم With GOD Bless we have started our ride at 10 am from The Woodall Hotel in a sunny pleasant weather towards Jeffreys Bay through beautiful roads and Coastal scenery . We have reached Jeffreys Bay at noon time where we had our lunch. Then we continued our ride toward Plettenberg Bay and we took the highway to stop at the Bloucrans bridge the tallest bridge in Africa 216m where I decided my self to try the Bungy Jumping from the bridge which was a big time fun . Then we continued our ride toward the very beautiful Bellamanga lodge in Plettenberg Bay under cold and heavy rainy weather we reached around 6 PM . Total covered riding distance from the start of the tour 2959 km اليوم الحادي عشر لرحلة جنوب افريقيا الجمعة ١٥نوفمبر ٢٠١٣ جولة في محيط بليتنبرج والمسافة المقطوعة ١٤٢ كم The 11TH day for my South African Ride Friday 15 Nov 2013 Plettenberg Ride Tour distance 142 km بحمد الله عز وجل تم الانطلاق من نزل بلامنجا و ذلك في حدود التاسعة و النصف صباحا في جو غائم و توجهنا اولا الى مطل فيو بوينت يشرف على بلدة كنيسنا والمحيط حيث على بعد ١٢٠ كم داخل البحر يلتقي المحيطان الهندي والاطلسي ثم اتجهنا الى بلدة كنياسنا حيث تناولنا طعام الغداء في مطعم بحري يدعى سي باسكت ثم عدنا باتجاه بلتنبرج لنتوجه الى محمية الفيلة حيث تم التعرف الى الفيلة عن قرب و اطعامها و بالنيابة عن المجموعة قمت بتجربة ركوب الفيل و تناولنا طعام العشاء في مطعم بحري مطل على المحيط يدعى ليمون جراس ثم عدنا الى النزل حيث المبيت بانتظار الصباح على امل التوجه الى اوشت دورن في جو غير مطير و بلغت المسافة المقطوعة بالدراجة من بداية الرحلة ٣١٠١ كم With GOD Bless we have started our ride around 9:30 am from The Bellamanga Lodge in a cloudy weather towards Knysna where we reached a place called View Point on top of Knysna over the ocean and at 120 km inside the sea is the meeting point between the two oceans the Indian and the Atlantic . We had our lunch in beautiful town Knysna in the Marina in a nice restaurant called Sea Basket. Then I have ridden back towards the Elephants Sanctuary in Plettenberg where I had the chance to know these amazing creatures closely and feed them and to be able to ride one of them . I have joined the group in having the dinner in a nice resturant called Lemon Grass facing the ocean the weather was windy and we returned to the beautiful Bellamanga lodge where we slept our night . Total covered riding distance from the start of the tour 3101 km — in Plettenberg Bay, South Africa. اليوم الثاني عشر لرحلة جنوب افريقيا السبت ١٦ نوفمبر الارتحال من بليتنبرج الى اودشورن والمسافة المقطوعة ٢٩٨ كم The 12TH day for my South African Ride Saturday 16 Nov 2013 Plettenberg To Oudtshoorn traveled distance 298 km بحمد الله عز وجل تم الانطلاق من نزل بلامنجا الى اودشورن و ذلك في حدود التاسعة صباحا في جو بارد ومطير ووصلنا الى اودشورن ظهرا ثم واصلنا المسير الى نزل سوارتبرج الذي يبعد عن اودشورن مسافة ٤٥ كم حيث حيث و ضعنا امتعتنا ثم عدنا الى اودشورن عصرا لزيارة مزرعة كانجو للحيوانات البرية ثم عدنا الى نزل سوارتبرج للمبيت و العشاء و بلغت المسافة المقطوعة بالدراجة من بداية الرحلة ٣٣٩٩ كم With GOD Bless we have started our ride around 9 am from The Bellamanga Lodge in a cold rainy weather towards Oudtshoorn which we reached at noon time then we continued our ride towards Swaartberg lodge which is 45 km far from Oudtshoorn where we left our luggage and headed back to Oudtshoorn to visit the Kango wild life ranch after that we went back to the lodge for dinner and sleep . Total covered riding distance from the start of the tour 3399 km. — in Oudtshoorn, South Africa. اليوم الثالث عشر لرحلة جنوب افريقيا الاحد ١٧ نوفمبر الارتحال من اودشورن الى كيب اوجلهاس والمسافة المقطوعة ٤٨٢كم The 13day for my South African Ride Sunday 17 Nov 2013 Oudtshoorn to Cape Agulhas traveled distance 482 km بحمد الله عز وجل تم الانطلاق من نزل سوارتبرج باودشوورن الساعة الثامنة والنصف صباحا و مررنا بمزرعة للنعام والاطلاع على منتجاتها ثم سلكنا طريق ٦٢ الشهير باتجاه كلين كارو وسط مناظر طبيعية خلابة ثم واصلنا المسير باتجاه كيب اجولهاس الذي وصلناه في حدود الخامسة والنصف مساء و هو اقصى نقطة جنوب القارة الافريقية و ذلك بعد الاضطرار لسلك طرق بديلة اضافت ١٥٠ كم اضافية للرحلة بسبب الفيضانات و احوال جوية صعبة في جو بارد و مطير طوال اليوم و بلغت المسافة المقطوعة بالدراجة من بداية الرحلة ٣٨٨١كم With GOD Bless we have started our ride around 8:30 am in a cold and rainy weather which lasted all day from The Swaartberg lodge to visit an Ostrich Farm . Then we took from Oudtshoorn the famous 62 road which had a lot of beautiful scenery . Then we took the road to Cape Agulhas the most southern point in Africa and we have reached there around 5:30pm after being forced to take alternative roads because of the floods which added additional 150 km to the ride. Total covered riding distance from the start of the tour 3881km. — in Agulhas, South Africa. اليوم الرابع عشر لرحلة جنوب افريقيا الاثنين ١٨ نوفمبر الارتحال من كيب اوجلهاس الى فرانشوك عبر هيرمانوس والمسافة المقطوعة ٣٨٩كم The 14TH day for my South African Ride Monday 18 Nov 2013 Cape Agulhas to Franschok through Hermanus traveled distance 482 km بحمد الله عز وجل تم الانطلاق من كيب اوجلهاس في حدود التاسعة صباحا في اجواء مشمسة و جميلة الى هرمانوس والتي وصلناها ظهرا لمشاهدة مكان تجمع الحيتان البحرية و لكن للاسف بسبب فيضانات البارحة و التي ادخلت كم هائل من المياه الحلوة والطين الى البحر ابعدت الحيتان عن الساحل و تم تناول طعام الغداء في هرمانوس و هي بلدة ساحلية جميلة ثم توجهنا الى ورستر لمشاهدة حديقة النباتات الصحراوية الجميلة ثم بعد ذلك تم التوجه الى بلدة فرانشوك السياحية الجميلة والتي وصلناها في السادسة مساء و بلغت المسافة المقطوعة بالدراجة من بداية الرحلة ٤٢٧٠كم With GOD Bless we have started our ride from Cape Agulhas around 9 am in a sunny pleasant weather towards Hermanus which we reached around noon time and the coast of Hermanus is a gathering place for whales which we couldnt see any due to the yesterday flooding which brought sweet water and mud to the shores and this pushed the whales away from the shore . We had our lunch in Hermanus then we continued our ride toward Worcester to see the desert Botanic garden there which was worth visiting and we reached there around 3 pm then we continued our ride to our final destination for the day the beautiful Franschock through very beautiful scenery. We have reached Franschock around 6 pm and Total covered riding distance from the start of the tour 4270km. — in Franschhoek, South Africa. اليوم الخامس عشر والاخير لرحلة جنوب افريقيا الثلاثاء ١٩ نوفمبر الارتحال من فرانشوك الى كيب تاون عبر رأس الرجاء الصالح والمسافة المقطوعة ٢١١ كم The 15TH day and the last day for my South African Ride Tuesday 19 Nov 2013 Cape Franschok to Cape Town through Cape of Good Hope traveled distance 211 km بفضل من الله عز وجل تم الانطلاق من فرانشوك في حدود التاسعة صباحا في اجواء مشمسة و جميلة الى الخليج الزائف على المحيط الاطلسي مرورا بمدن الصفيح ثم اكملنا المسير على طريق ساحلي جميل جدا زاخر بالحياة وقرى الصيد والاماكن السياحية وزرنا محمية طيور البطريق ثم انطلقنا بإتجاه راس الرجاء الصالح الذي وصلنا اليه ظهرا وزرنا المنارة التي تعلوه و تناولنا طعام غداء خفيف هناك والمكان عبارة عن محمية طبيعية يوجد فيها قرود البابون واسود البحر وانواع مختلفة من الزواحف ناهيك عن المناظر الطبيعية الخلابة التي يزخر بها المكان ثم واصلنا المسير بعد العصر بإتجاه كيب تاون والتي داخلناها عن طريق مرتفع مطل على المدينة الجميلة الكبيرة وصلناها في الخامسة مساء ووصلنا مكان تسليم الدراجة في السادسة مساء بسبب الزحام داخل المدينة و نحمد الله عز وجل الذي حفظنا ويسر لنا و كان خير راع لنا في هذه الرحلة الممتعة ويعتصرني الان شعور بفقدان متعة الطريق يعوضه قرب لقاء الاهل والاخوة والاصدقاء و بلغت مسافة الرحلة الرحلة ٤٤٨١ كم With GOD Bless we have started our ride from Franshock around 9 am in a sunny pleasant weather towards False Bay on the Atlantic Ocean passing through the Poor Townships then we continued our ride in a coastal road passing through beautiful Fishing villages and tourist towns and we visited the Penguin Ocean Park then we continued our ride to Cape of Good Hope which we reached in the afternoon and visited the light house there and we had a light lunch meal then we continued our ride to Cape Town which we reached around 5 Pm and delivered the bikes around 6PM Total riding distance from the start to the end of the tour in 15 days is 4481km. — in Cape Town, South Africa.
