नीतिवचन 15:25-29 "यहोवा अहंकारियों के घर को ढा देता है, परन्तु विधवा के सिवाने को अटल रखता है। बुरी कल्पनाएं यहोवा को घिनौनी लगती हैं, परन्तु शुद्ध जन के वचन मनभावने हैं। लालची अपने घराने को दु:ख देता है, परन्तु घूस से घृणा करने वाला जीवित रहता है। धर्मी मन में सोचता है कि क्या उत्तर दूं, परन्तु दुष्टों के मुंह से बुरी बातें उबल आती हैं। यहोवा दुष्टों से दूर रहता है, परन्तु धर्मियों की प्रार्थना सुनता है। " Proverbs 15:25-29 "The Lord will destroy the house of the proud, But He will establish the boundary of the widow. The thoughts of the wicked are an abomination to the Lord, But the words of the pure are pleasant. He who is greedy for gain troubles his own house, But he who hates bribes will live. The heart of the righteous studies how to answer, But the mouth of the wicked pours forth evil. The Lord is far from the wicked, But He hears the prayer of the righteous."
