ॐ नमस्ते जी शुभमस्तु । We all know that, we have a 2 days convention of Nationalist Volunteers on Aug.23 & 24, Saturday and Sunday, during next weekend, at Gayatri Vihar - Tripuravasini Palace Grounds, Mekhri circle. We have been encouraging our friends and colleagues to attend this great convention, but, as we dont have receipt books to register directly, we dont know how many will turn up. But, we need to do arrangement for their stay and other arrangements. Hence, we need to know approx. sankhya for arrangement. Hence, kindly motivate people to register in front of you or you may register if the person is willing to attend. Let us kindly know the sankhya of participation (approx. - who have confirmed). Kindly pass the information to Valay KVs. Valay KVs inturn inform the sakhya of all the Milans together (collected from Milan KV/ MS - who give of the Milan Swayamsevaks giving sankhya) to Khand KVs. And, Khand KVs will inform to me by Sunday evening. Let us speed up our machinary to do sampark as well as to collect the information. Can we ensure that our relatively new Swayamsevaks register and each Swayamsevak will motivate atleast one person to attend ? Hurry up.
