অবিলম্বে আদিলুরের মুক্তি চাইল এএইচআরসি ও এফআইডিএইচ ডেস্ক রিপোর্ট দেশের শীর্ষস্থানীয় মানবাধিকার সংস্থা অধিকারের সম্পাদক এবং বরেণ্য মানবাধিকারকর্মী আদিলুর রহমানের খানের গ্রেফতারকে ‘স্বেচ্ছাচারী’ আখ্যায়িত করে অবিলম্বে তাকে মুক্তি দেয়ার আহ্বান জানিয়েছে হংকংভিত্তিক আন্তর্জাতিক মানবাধিকার সংগঠন এশিয়ান হিউম্যান রাইটস কমিশন (এএইচআরসি) এবং প্যারিসভিত্তিক আন্তর্জাতিক মানবাধিকার সংগঠন ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ফেডারেশন ফর হিউম্যান রাইটস (এফআইডিএইচ)। গতকাল পৃথক দুটি বিবৃতিতে এই আহ্বান জানানো হয়। এএইচআরসির বিবৃতিতে আদিলুর রহমানের গ্রেফতারকে ‘স্বেচ্ছাচারী ডিটেনশন’ উল্লেখ করে বলা হয়, তাকে অবিলম্বে মুক্তি দিতে হবে এবং তার ওপর কোনো নির্যাতন চালানো যাবে না।এফআইডিএইচের বিবৃতিতে আদিলুরের ‘স্বেচ্ছাচারী ডিটেনশনে’ ‘গভীরতম উদ্বেগ’ প্রকাশ করে বলা হয়, শান্তিপূর্ণ উপায়ে মানবাধিকারের পক্ষে তার কাজকে নিষিদ্ধ করতে চায় সরকার। তার শারীরিক ও মানসিক কোনো ক্ষতি না করে ‘অবিলম্বে এবং নিঃশর্তভাবে’ তাকে মুক্তি দিতে হবে। উল্লেখ্য, গত ১০ আগস্ট গুলশানের বাসার সামনে থেকে আদিলুর রহমানকে গ্রেফতার করে ডিবি পুলিশ। এরপর তাকে ৫৪ ধারায় গ্রেফতার দেখিয়ে ৫ দিনের রিমান্ডে নেয়া হয় এবং তার বিরুদ্ধে তথ্য প্রযুক্তি আইনে মামলা করা হয়। তবে হাই কোর্ট সেই রিমান্ড স্থগিত করে দেয়। অধ্যাপক এম এ মান্নান https://facebook/AdhyapakaEmaEMannana like this page. Rajendra College, Faridpur To find reasons of dreadful miserable of BNP leaders including its top leaders we are to think why they failed to file case against AL corruption when they are in power. But the Fakruddin Govt filed 15 case which is genuine and legal against only Hasina. Most of the cases Govt collected strong evidence including crossed cheque for collecting bribe from Azam J Chowdury. If BNP don’t dare to disclose the genuine corruption of its opposition before the public then they are to suffer. As AL knows very well that BNP don’t have the ability to find out their corruption or legal action even BNP will make liaison with us to conceal BNP, s fault. It is actually true that Hasina collected bribe through her cousin Sk Selim & Sk Helal, Yusuf Gazi of Vanga –Faridpur but BNP remained quite silent in this regards, they became very busy with the so called govt development work. At present Awami League Manipulated the court totally and court follow Awami League instruction exactly in all the political cases. BNP should indentify this politically motivated judge accurately and take proper legal action against the politically motivated judge when they are in power then BNP will get proper justice when they are in opposition.
