എങ്ങിനെയാണ് ഇസ്ലാമിക അറവ് രീതി (Zabiha)?അത് ക്രൂരമായ രീതിയാണോ? ഇസ്ലാമിക അറവ് രീതി പൊതുവെ നമ്മള്‍ വിളിക്കുന്ന ഹലാല്‍ എന്ന രീതിക്ക് പറയുന്ന പേരാണ് സാബിഹ . ഇസ്ലാമിക അറവ് രീതിയാണ് മൃഗങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വേദന കുറഞ്ഞ രീതിയും ,ആരോഗ്യപരമായി വൃത്തിയുള്ള മാസം ലഭിക്കുന്ന രീതി. അറക്കുമ്പോള്‍ പല കാര്യങ്ങളും ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട് 1.ഒന്ന് അറക്കുന്ന ആള്‍ മുസ്ലിം ആയിരിക്കണം അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ വേദക്കാര്‍ ആകണം. 2.അറക്കുന്ന ആള്‍ ബുദ്ധിസ്ഥിരത ഉള്ള ആള്‍ ആയിരിക്കണം. 3.അറവിന് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ആയുധം മൂര്‍ച്ച ഉള്ളതായിരിക്കണം. 4.അല്ലാഹുവിന്‍റെ പേരില്‍ ആയിരിക്കണം അറക്കേണ്ടത് മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ പേരില്‍ അറത്താല്‍ അത് ഹലാലാകില്ല . 5.അറക്കപെടുന്ന മൃഗം അള്ളാഹു അനുവദിച്ച മൃഗം ആയിരിക്കണം. അറവിന്‍റെ രീതി... അറക്കുമ്പോള്‍ trachea (ശ്വാസനാളം ), esophagus(അന്ന നാളം ), the jugular veins(കഴുത്തിനെയോ തൊണ്ടയെയോ സംബന്ധിച്ച ഞരമ്പ് പിന്നെ carotid arteries(കഴുതിലോട്ടും തലയിലോട്ടും പോകുന്ന ശുദ്ധ രക്ത വാഹിനി ) എന്നിവ മൂര്‍ച്ച ഉള്ള കത്തി കൊണ്ട് മുരിക്കപെടണം ,എന്നാല്‍ Spinal Cord (സുഷ്‌മ്‌നാകാണ്‌ഡം) മുറിക്കപ്പെടാന്‍ പാടില്ല .ഇങ്ങനെയാണ് ശരിയായ അറവ് രീതി . അറവ് രീതി ക്രൂരമായ രീതിയല്ലേ .... ഇസ്ലാമിക അറവ് രീതിയാണ് മൃഗങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഏറ്റവും വേദന കുറഞ്ഞ രീതി,കാരണം ഇങ്ങനെ അറുക്കപ്പെടുമ്പോള്‍ വേദനക്ക് കാരണമാകുന്ന തലചോരിലോറ്റ്‌ പോകുന്ന ഞരമ്പുകള്‍ മുറിയുകയും അത് മൂലം അവയ്ക്ക് വേദന ഒരു നിമിഷത്തില്‍ ഒതുങ്ങുന്നു,തുടര്‍ന്ന് അറുത്ത മൃഗം പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കുന്ന കാലിട്ട് അടിക്കലും മറ്റും വേദന മൂലമല്ല മറിച്ച് മുറിഞ്ഞ ഞരമ്പുകളില്‍ നിന്ന് പുറത്തേക്ക് രക്തം പോകുമ്പോള്‍ മൃഗത്തിന്റെ പേശികള്‍ വലിയുന്നതാണ് . ഇനി ഇസ്ലാമിക അറവ് രീതിയുടെ ആരോഗ്യ വശം.... വൈദ്യുതി (Electricity) ,മര്‍ദ്ദനം (Stunning) ആകുമ്പോള്‍ ഹൃദയാഗാദം ഉണ്ടാകുകയും രക്തം മാസത്തില്‍ കട്ട പിടിച്ച് ഇരിക്കുകയും ,അത്തരം മാംസം കഴിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ പല തരത്തിലുള്ള അസുഖം പിടിക്കപ്പെടാന്‍ സാധ്യത കൂടുതലാണ്.അത് പോലെ തന്നെയാണ് Spinal Cord (സുഷ്‌മ്‌നാകാണ്‌ഡം) മുറിക്കപ്പെടുമ്പോള്‍ അതിനോട് ചേര്‍ന്നുള്ള ഹൃദയതിലോട്ട് പോകുന്ന ഞരമ്പുകള്‍ മുറിയുകയും അത് മൂലം ഹൃദയാഗാധം സംഭവിക്കുന്നു ,അത് സംഭവിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ ഹൃദയം രക്തം പമ്പ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് തടസപ്പെടുന്നു അങ്ങനെ രക്തം മാംസത്തില്‍ കട്ട പിടിച്ച് ഇരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.എന്നാല്‍ ഇസ്ലാമിക രീതി ആകുമ്പോള്‍ ഹൃദയം രക്തം പമ്പ് ചെയ്തു പുറത്തേക്ക് ഒഴുക്കുന്നു .അങ്ങനെ മാംസത്തില്‍ രക്തം കട്ട പിടിച്ച് ഇരിക്കാനുള്ള സാധ്യത കുറയുന്നു.രക്തം രോകാനുക്കളുടെ ഒരു കലവറ തന്നെയാണ്.ഇത്തരം മാംസം കുറെ നേരം ഫ്രഷ്‌ ആയി നില്‍ക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.അങ്ങനെ ഇസ്ലാമിക രീതി നമുക്ക്‌ ശുദ്ധമായ ഭക്ഷണ രീതി പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു. After the animals were allowed to recover for several weeks, some animals were slaughtered in the Islamic manner mentioned previously, by the cutting of the trachea, esophagus, the jugular veins and carotid arteries. Other animals were stunned first before slaughtering. During the experiment, an electroencephalograph (EEG) and an electrocardiogram (ECG) recorded the condition of the brain and the heart of all animals during the course of slaughter and stunning. The following results were recorded:1. The first three seconds from the time of Islamic slaughter as recorded on the EEG did not show any change from the graph before slaughter, thus indicating that the animal did not feel any pain during or immediately after the incision.2. For the following 3 seconds, the EEG recorded a condition of deep sleep - unconsciousness. This is due to the large quantity of blood gushing out from the body.3. After the above-mentioned 6 seconds, the EEG recorded zero level, showing no feeling of pain at all.4.
