A N O T A T I O N This diploma thesis refers the economical and administrative policy of papacy in XII-XV centuries.To formation of which papacy achieved with great force and sensible and reasonable policy. The manipulation and diplomatical actions of papacy,who hold powerful levers of churches,for getting of independence of church hierarchy ,is very interesting.The great attention is payed to,how the christianity could reach it’s ideological recognition and formed itself as an institution.The very important thing in this work is the resolution of Milan Edict,by Constantine the I, on the base of which,the confiscated property was returned to christian owners and the christianity was recognised as a state religion. The political and the administrative policy,leaded by Gregory the I ,must be mentioned.By this policy the functional destination of Rome Curia was strengthened.Gradually,the role of church, as a landowner,was increased and it was formed as a feudal institute.In XII century the papacy achieved the great progress in economy by carring in the different taxes and selling the indulgences.Just from this period ,the trading of church positions ,so called “the rule of simonia”,is observed. The Crusade March also rises the great interest not only for dismiss of the “Hole Land”,but for the purpose to get the financial profit.The important thing is ,the period of Avignon ,which is entered the history of papacy as a name of”captivity”;Though the papacy achieves the economical increase and accumulates the great wealth.The pop’s bureaucratical apparatus was developed, especially,in the period of John the XXII,and the power of pop was srengthened. In the epoch of Renaissence,maecenas pops pay more attantion to the development of education and art.The main troubles of their is to strengthen the financial power of the state of papacy.In this work we could discuss the relation between papacy, kings and emperoes. We touched the problem of their rectilineal diplomatical actions derected to this or that issues and their introduction in their state affairs. The purpose of this work is to discuss commonly the economical condition of papacy and to analyse their aims and problems in political and acomomical aspects.
