ត្រូវប្រឡងទី១២ Implications of cutting down trees: As everyone must be aware that trees are very important for our daily lives. What happens if trees are cut down? Some houses are built out of wood; especially, houses in the countryside where people are much poorer and depend largely on trees and other natural resources for their daily lives. What’s more, scientists warn that trees can absorb more rain, which means the absence of trees will result in less or no rain in most areas and in drought and flood also. In addition, almost all farmers use wood sticks and charcoals as cooking fires, as they do not have much money to buy gas. Without trees, they will find their lives more and more difficult. On the other hand, trees are home to animals and hill tribe communities. Without trees, they have no home to live in. Furthermore, flooded forests are home to fish too. And there are many more advantages of trees. So, people should be educated to plant trees to save our earth and people on earth.
