ថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០១៣ ខ្ញុំបានចូលរួមសិក្ខាសាលាអបអរសាទរ ខួបលើកទី៤ នៃការប្រកាសឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ ច្បាប់ស្តីពីកិច្ចការពារ និងលើកកម្ពស់សិទ្ធិជនពិការ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ"រួមគ្នាលើកកម្ពស់សិទ្ធិទទួលការងាររបស់ជនពិការ" ក្រោមអធិបតីយភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត អុិត សំហេង រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងសង្គមកិច្ច អតីតយុទ្ធជន និងយុវនីតិសម្បទា នៅសណ្ឋាគារភ្នំពេញ, ថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០១៣ ដែលរៀបចំដោយអង្គការជនពិការកម្ពុជា (CDPO) ហើយឧបត្ថម្ភដោយ AusAID។ 16th of August, 2013 I had attended the Workshop to Congratulate the 4th Anniversary of Adaption the Law on the Protection and the Promotion of the Rights of People with disAbilities on the Topic "Working together for Promoting on Employment Rights of People with disAbilities" Over highest presided H.E Dr. Ith Sam Heng, Minister of Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSVY) at Phnom Penh hotel, 16 August, 2013 which organized by CDPO and supported by AusAID.
