Kyra is the quiet, calm and loving pet youve always wished for and she cant wait to make your acquaintance! Kyra aced her behavior assessment and her summary sheet is filled with words like soft, relaxed and social - this is a sweet marshmallow of a dog who loves everyone she meets, whether human or canine. Although a bit on the large side, shes eager to walk and explore and when I offer treats she takes them softly from my hand. Sometimes neglect is not about deprivation and Kyras former owner clearly did not understand that overfeeding her was harmful to her health and well-being. Kyras weight issue is the result of human ignorance and once shes on a sensible diet and enjoying the exercise she needs, this gentle beauty will soon trim down. From her slightly wrinkled brows and classic markings to her wonderful velvet-soft fur, shes a gorgeous dog at any size and youll be walking tall with this lovely lady by your side. Her name means light and that is exactly what adopting Kyra will bring to your life, the warm glow of unconditional doggie love. Kyra has been patiently waiting at our Manhattan Care Center all spayed and ready to go for a while now.
