与牠同行 昨天 #823Rescue #TACNupdate It has been an extremely busy week since the 500 dogs were rescued off a truck in Shunyi, Beijing. CAWA (Capital Animal Welfare Association) in Beijing (weibo/cawabj) has been heavily involved with this rescue since the beginning, working closely with CAWA and several local rescue groups, TACN has been assisting with the care taking, medication, hospitalisation and volunteers. We have also initiated a plan to provide vaccinations against rabies to the dogs rescued in the past few weeks including the earlier rescues. As highly prioritised and requested by local authorities, vaccination against rabies is a must for these dogs, fail to provide valid and effective vaccination proofs the dogs could face brutal and inhumane cull if the situation worsens. You can help via our Vaccination Appeal: tacn.org/ Many dogs in critical conditions have been hospitalised at TACN partner vet clinics where we do receive a hugely discounted rate, but with so many dogs need treatments the costs are immense.
