There are two pieces of information that we wish to clarify before you kindly attend the seminar: 1. The presentation you kindly give at the seminar --- For the seminar, we want to emphasize and promote the use of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) against airborne diseases. Since you are specialized in infectious diseases, we are thinking if you can give a presentation about infectious diseases prevention and control in your city, especially airborne diseases; or the trend of infectious diseases (such as the patterns, impacts on people and lifestyles, etc), and the connotation or importance of such issues. The presentation is about 20 min. Please decide the contents of your presentation to fit the aim of this seminar. 2. Fees involved in attending the seminar --- according to the Project Guidelines drafted by APEC, APEC adopts the reimbursement system. 1) Airfares: once your attendance to the seminar are confirmed, Steve Chen (from APEC) will contact you directly to instruct you through the process of booking airplane tickets. APEC will actually book and pay the tickets.
