Those people around us that push our buttons and rub us up the wrong way could be seen as Dark Angels - they can be our greatest Teachers. Just observe, notice what happens. If you can do this, you will create awareness and distance to your reactive patterns. You will stop being a victim to the circumstances and you will find you can make a clear choice on how you want to respond.
